Recessed maxilla has genuinely ruined my life

It has ruined my possibility as a good life

I see my face, wide, solid ratios, decent cheekbones. But my maxilla. Ruins my life.

My under eyes aren’t great,
My cheekbone projection is poor,
My eyes need fat grafting,
I have no good jaw, no good chin, and a recessedbmaxilla. I’m stuck with a little boy look.

I will always look fat in the face because I have a wide face with no maxilla projection.

It’s so fucking over, I would rather look like any other LTN than me. The only way surgery would help me is if it made me look 100% different. OM SO DEPRESSED
