Recessed Maxilla+Underbite (HELP)

just turned 16 and male,
My maxilla is wide enough but has horrible forward growth which has made me develop a underbite and crooked nose. It has also gave me nasal problems which has lead to me mouth breathing my whole life. I believe I have lack of under eye support from my recessed maxilla and I think it gives a wide eye look.

How can I fix this? Any softmax like mewing, thumbpulling, bone smashing or whatever work? any hard max or surgery that would work? Would focusing on fixing the underbite with braces or Invisalign’s be able to indirectly fix the maxilla by fixing the underbite? I’m super lost and ideally want to try and fix this without hard max.

U got to see a dentist for sure, with your situation they would give you some kind of device or surgery

Thumb pulling can help especially if only 16, at 19 I have gotten veneers and crowns to fix the underbite on teeth, then used mid cheek filler and volufiline to fix under eye support. At your age I would just see an orthodontist, and practice thumb pulling, and maybe use volufiline (the bottle with the French flag)

jaw surgery is the only way if your palate isnt narrow, otherwise you couldve done marpe + facemask

same, im getting lefort 1 in about 2 years , no way they’re gonna let me do lefort 2 because that isn’t medically necessary to correct the bite

how old are you? I’m 17 and I have to wait some while before I get it bc my jaw is still growing apparently
