i think i look pretty recessed and unhealthy but at the same time my ramus length and maxilla projection aren’t bad so i’m not very recessed, my face has a decent amount of fat so i’m wondering which is more responsible for my face to look so unhealthy, undefined and soft.. my bone structure/recession or the fat and inflammation in my face. from the front pov i dont even look recessed or fat but if you were looking at my side profile from behind me you would see i have a ton of fat in my cheeks making my head look round af. in all what would improve my looks better, trying to fix my recession / jaw or trying to get rid of my face fat / inflammation
i know looks pretty recessed but if u actually look closely at my jaw and ramus u can see that they aren’t even all that recessed they just have a bunch of loose skin and fat over them
