What's the worst recession someone can have, I personally think any jaw recession but mainly overbite.

Bad overbites you can jut it's to much pressure on the joints i cant jut because mines like 8mm or a bit worse

I only have a class 1 overbite so I can do it pretty well. I've been getting better and can usually do it for like 50 mins straight but it hurts my jaw a lot after
