I got 20 days to cut some weight cuz i wanna look good for my bday what are some recommendations to cut really quick while working out also. Just starve for a month?
 
-calorie deficit now. (find your bmr and go off that)
-water intake at least 5 cups
-cardio fasted in the morning. skip breakfast
-two meals one with protein and fats for
lunch and for dinner veggies fruit light snack
-no snacking
-walk a lot
-pushups and pull ups everyday
-chew gum to curb appetite
-increase vitamin d
-no breads no sugars no pastries just fruit and honey
-it’s okay to sleep hungry and wake hungry

the guy who started the whole movement your interested in drank celery juice and wasn’t totally anti vegetable

if your gonna do the diet at least follow the original

1k cals a day÷intense cardio turned me into skeleton
