Hunger games X
if you like the hunger games trilogy you should read this as well

It- Stephen king
Great horror novel but really long with 1500 pages so you need some will power

Lord of the rings trilogy
Nothing much to say about that

Iliad- Homer and Odyssee- Homer
Both good if you like greek mythology

The Manipulated man
Just started it so can’t say too much about it but it’s basically about redpill and female nature but written by a female author who is anti feminist

But it all depends because I only care about anti-aging. If you have different skin goals such as dealing with acne than u might have to look for products dealing with that.

Learning to play a musical instrument. If you get good, it's one of the best copes out there
 
-Continue taking MAOI’s and anxiety meds
-Inject 300mg testosterone weekly
-exercise with weights for an hour, then cardio for 45 min
-Leanmax, skinmax, hairmax (try out different styles, it’s fun and occupies time
-learn about different thing
-play video games
-read any books, can literally be a comic book too, read about anything, I used to cope w Star Wars comics lol)


Trying to do anything while having depression and anxiety is impossible so of course do the first three so anything else is more achievable
