photoshop or any app that has the capabilities of drawing lines, then do the calculations urself

for example fwhr would be

Height : width = fwhr (I think)

FaceIQ on YouTube also has a good guide on calculating them.

your draw a line from between your eyebrows to the top of your lip

then draw a line from cheekbone to cheekbone (bizygomatic width)

then divide the width by the height.
