recommend me dose of Accutane and benzoyl peroxide like how much and tips to improve my acnemaxxed skin.

earlier i took 80mg accutane for about 5 months in 2021-2022 but now after i bulked too heavy my skin started to break out from last 2 month and i am thinking of starting accutane again but idk what dose should i take
80 mg had too many sides but i was rotter back then so i managed all that.
now i go to gym so my dried lips and other stuff.
and for benzoyl peroxide idk what was last time which one should i get 2.5,5 or 10%
i am thinking start Accutane from 40mg and up dose after 2 weeks in to 60mg for 2 weeks and then 80 mg and then microdose accutane forever at alternate days 20mg.
is it good pls give me any advice.
i can't consult and dermet or dr as they are not covered under insurance and i am broke af.
can only afford these meds as of now. i live out of burgerland so i can anything over the counter.

10% benzoyl, just kills bacteria, no sides from it

Literally GG if you use accutane with BP, like straight up start writing a eulogy for your skin barrier because that shit is gonna be 6 feet under

40 mg of accutane for your skin is an overkill, your acne isn't even that severe. 20 mg / day or maybe even 10 would be enough
