My eye area is naturally subhuman, first pic is about how it is if im tired as fuck, second photo is how i hold them naturally without squinting for most of the day. Thinking fillers instead of grafting but eye area is lowkey cooked. I also got no jaw and my cheekbones are dogshit so im considering something for those next, no scans yet. Not sure how much implants could realistically do compared to filler especially without scans though. Also anywhere close to fully lean so going to reassess then but I doubt ill have any hollow cheeks without any work done and I want that free halo!!!

Could be a ptosis case - an oculoplastic surgeon can tell you for sure.

Otherwise your eyes look good, you just lack volume in the tear trough area which can be corrected by fat grafting.

heard grafting isnt good at low bodyfat, just retards saying that or is it true? I'm on reta, so by the time I can realistically afford it without being retarded financially i'll hopefully be about 12% bf by then

I'd say if your under 14% it can be hard to extract the fat
