I have phenibut and I'm starting a new semester at my college, but on a different campus. I'd like all the help I could get, thanks!!
Under no circumstance can I look like I am "on something", I'd rather have 50% anxiety removed and behave normally, than be zero-inhib and looks sleepy.

SHOULD I combine it with caffeine?

I think I am going to do 750-900mg, or 800-1200mg with caffeine, but I'd like to ask individuals who have already taken it.

a lil tip is to use pilocarpine eye drops (pupil constrictor) to avoid the dilated sleepy look from drug use
Have you ever used it alongside gabaergics?

Being anxious is a subhuman trait. TRT+max ASAP and ascend to superhuman.

i've used it to prevent the wide pupils from heavy nicotine and dmaa use

I'm certain it'd have the same effect for gabaergics

I don't want acne, or to increase my dimorphism because it would have adverse effects on my appearance I believe.
But I can definitely see how TRT can help.

I need an alternative.
Also, I have phenibut in my drawer right now, I don't have TRT or syringes available to me nor can get OVERNIGHT 4AM-8AM AMAZON PRIME delivery for it.

Use selank intranasally

Isotretinoin, GHK-Cu, dutasteride and you won't have a molecule of acne left. Define dimorphism. Steroids don't change bones FYI.

Stick to <1 gram for phenibut. Hopping on TRT would be one of the best decisions long-term.

Have you had the experience of using Selank intranasally, if so, how did it go?
I've actually used Semax before, and it's a pretty interesting compound.

Semax, to me feels like the sentence "I am 40% cognitively sharper across all cognitive dimensions, because if I don't, I will mess up and Stalin will shoot me, but my current stress levels are blunted by 95%."

I've used isotretinoin before; I don't want to relapse and do it all over again.

Dimorphism: A noun which describes the intensity of masculine and feminine facial features, on a spectrum with maximally feminine on one side, maximally masculine on the other and neutral in the middle (-1,0,1).

I'll stick to ~750-900mg.
I've received your TRT advice, might consider, but I feel like I'd have to be on isotretinoin first.

What changes has TRT given you, if you've ever taken it, may I ask?

I havent used any nootropics but i know selank is good for reducing anxiety, especially when paired with selank, which enhances focus and such.

I dont know anything about phenibut, thats why i recommended selank, as theres a lot of information about dosing it readily available.

also mirin the description of semax, very interesting. Will try it soon probably

Isotretinoin isn't that bad. I'm using my own modified solution in MCT oil + vitamin E for high bioavailability @ 40-80mg ed/eod.

Well dimorphism is a buzz word on .org, that's why I'm trying to clarify what to expect in terms of masculinisation. You can expect hypertrophied chewing musculature, bones won't change.

TRT improved my quality of life most noticably. I have enhanced mental drive, decreased inhibition, can more easily put on muscle mass and my erections improved drastically. Most if not all side effects are completely manageable especially with dutasteride.

take shrooms and get all of your axienty problems exposed to the root and see it is on a different perspective and work on it, phenibut addicting is no chill

I probably have low testosterone. I need to wait a week or so after a solid session to get a quality erection.
Aren't those stated cognitive effects of testosterone due (drive, inhibition) to it upregulating dopaminergic activity?

I know I’m not Jonas but 350mg/week of test p and I’ve never struggled with any sort of social interaction.
Though I still sometimes have symptoms of anxiety which I use Pregabalin to mitigate temporarily, they are never related to social interaction nor do said symptoms hinder my ability to interact.

If you stopped taking Test P, would you have trouble (or, more trouble than before) with social interaction?

Would trt not alter your facial structure if you were younger? Say 15?

Both. Just read up on the tissues that are AR-positive and where downstream factors of testosterone e.g. estradiol can be found. Most of the "androgenic" side effects are due to 5a-reduction, inhibit that enzyme and you get rid of most of the side effects already.

That's a part of it correct. The brain has ARs as well and testosterone reduces glucocorticoid effects (stress), all three of these reasons mediate the cognitive effects.

I think that once I'd returned to baseline endogenous production, I'd definitely suffer a bit relative to being on testosterone but absolutely better than before taking it.
Being on test/pregab helps expose me to more social situations and part of that exposure therapy will stick with you even off-cycle (assuming you come off). It's hard to quantify it but I hope that kind of gets the point across.

I thought you meant to say reductase because you said "inhibit that enzyme" after.

You think it’s from test? I personally feel the exact same as I used to before the cycle.

Might be just nocebo idk

I am not taking anything else that I could attribute it to.
Could be placebo, but the theory is there.

Also just wanted to add, I am lowkey loving the state of the forum right now with these threads people are making and actual productive discourse. It seems a lot of the peptide/bone mass copers are being eradicated with threads about how it's bullshit.
