Recommended surgery for uneven eyes

my left eye is slightly lower than the other with a slighty-more negative tilt and a lower eye-tail than the other, are there any surgeries that can be done to even them out? or am i fucked

U need orthdontic intervention most likely to fix this u probably have a narrow maxillary and crowded teeth or just class 2 malocclusion

nah its nothing with my teeth, teeth are quite literally 10/10 with no braces ever its just the fact that my face gives off a weird effect the my left eye is just extremely droopy compared to the other

U shud goto an ortho either way most people think they naturally perfect teeth if this were actually the case theyd have good symmetry and this makes me believe what i said even more cus u said u dont have braces id recommend invisaligj over braces tho and theres nothing thats gonna hurt in consulting an ortho

yeah thats fair, ill probably get it checked out alter to just simply see if my growth would somehow effect it (which is highly unlikely), but just saying im not an asshole by pulling the 10/10 from my ass lmfao, every dentist i've went to would talk to me about how my teeth are so insanely perfect and that they don't have a single-flaw

Dentist usually only care about dental occlusion tbh they dont care at all whether ur jaw is canted or deviated or u have a shifted midline tbh unless u really force them
