honestly, bulk gain some muscle and then cut, even if you end up a little bloated or fat its probably worth it to fix your proportions youre bottom heavy and have zero muscles with a high amount of fat on your body, work the fuck out of your lats, shoulders and chest 3x a week if you can, even more if you can stomach ice baths
