Reconsidering getting jaw surgery

I really only need 4 mm of advancement so that my lower lip matches my upper lip. Most people get advancements of more than 7mm. I doubt I could find a girl who would love me with only an additional 4mm of bone.

Now I'm thinking spending the money on a hair transplant and steroids for a thicker neck will help me more than 4mm of bone.

Is there a way to take a minimal healthy amount of steroids? I only want it for a slightly bigger chest and thicker neck idc about being huge and only do double jaw if you really need it cuz the recovery time is insane

there are no healthy steroids. eventually they all fuck up your natural system

if your lower jaw is recessed it probably means your upper is as well, maybe just get bimax?

So far 3 surgeons have said my upper jaw is fine. I'm still gonna consult with a few more that were recommended to me here but I still doubt they will recommend Bimax.
