I need a sleep mask anyway because my room is too bright, might be efficient…

not a good idea to sleep while wearing a red light on, they were made to be worn for 10 minutes max, you don’t want unnecessary levels of near infrared wavelengths hitting your face all night.

Turn off the sun? It gets dark 11pm and bright 3am here. Curtains don’t work.

I need a sleep mask anyway because my room is too bright, might be efficient…

It sucks, it doesn’t produce enough red light to actually have a significant effect and it isn’t spaced out properly on the skin to induce an effect on the whole face.
you’re better off applying 0.1 Tretinoin before bed instead.
