Stop wasting your money on buying red light treatment when you can get it from making a few adjustments to your phone settings.
How to:
Do this for minimum 1 hour daily. You can do it while using your phone browsing .me or whatever. This is how to do it on IOS. Android you have to install an app.
Step 1:
Enable night shift on your IOS device. Press manually enable until tommorow and put it to more warm. You can also set my timing settings if you want it for 24 hours a day.
Step 2:
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Display accomodation > Colour filter.
Press colour tint and put both settings up to maximum.
Step 3:
Put your screen brightness to full.
You’ll notice your whole screen will be red. Distance it around a few cm from your face. You can sit in the dark to see the effects it has on your face.
This will also iradicate any blue light from the screen. Meaning your collagen wont be destroyed in the long run due to the harsh blue light rays. Look it up if you want.
It can also affect the cycadian rythm, which is linked to many other things including testosterone.
I have already done this for the past year and my collagen is top tier. Also wear sunscreen.
Try it, it costs nothing. I guarantee you it will provide results long term
