prevents aging
increases collagen
improves skin quality
reduces acne
makes hair grow (eyebrows + hair on head)
good for pain management / inflammation

if u dont do LLLT in 2024 ur a retard

also dont get a face mask, get a panel from alibaba from a trusted seller (good american and european brands all get their products from there and just change the design a little)

red light + microneedling + sun screen = no aging even without jewish chemicals like tretinoin

Red light good.

Microneedling is needless damage. You only need it if you have very deep wrinkles. Redlight already promotes cell turn over and growth without slicing up your skin.

Sunscreen soaks into the blood stream and blocks testosterone and messes up your hormones. The topical ones clog your pores.

Just limit sun exposure, if you're worried about it, but that's still pro-aging.

shenzhen idea light is the manufacturer for known brands like mito red, hooga, platinum therapy lights etc so buying off them on alibaba would safe u a lot of money.

microneedling is damaging the skin and producing collagen at the same time, why is that bad? the only downside is that you have a red face for 2 days but for me thats no problem as i work from home.

there is sunscreens that dont affect hormones, i scan every product before buying it

MPMD
Here's MPMD's in a recent video. He's used DRMA pen for a long time. I don't know if it's scar tissue, but I believe his thick unnaturally looking rubber skin is a result of his DRMA pen use. I got this from DRMA rolling and I stopped, and my skin looks much better now but it took a few years to heal.

You don't want too much collagen because that also looks weird, weather or not it's technically scar tissue or not, I don't know, or some other skin adaptation to repeated stabbing.

Red light stimulates collagen more uniformly and at a deeper level than a DRMA pen. Stabbing yourself on top of that is just unnecessary damage imho.

There's a cognitive bias many fall into, where we think the more things we do the better, but sometimes a small amount of effort is more effect in terms of looksmaxing than a large one where you over do too much damage to your body and it reacts by giving you rubber face, or something other defense state.

Good to know.

well u dont need to needle the whole face if u dont want the glow or whatever

the good thing about microneedling is that u can do it just at some spots that age the fastest like nasolabial folds, undereyes and between ur eyebrows
