Red meat stimulate mtor activity similar to dairy. Basically releases growth hormones to help you develop
That’s great if you’re still young and growing
However there is no point constantly stimulating growth hormone at 35. You’re not growing taller or getting thicker skeletal muscles at that age
If anything it can age your prematurely, make you look older and damage collagen
I’m not saying red meat is evil or telling you to go vegan but the best diet would be moderate red meat consumption during puberty (For maximum growth) and lower red meat consumption during adulthood (For aging)
