red spots on forehead

Any good products to clean this up? I cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize but it’s still present. I can’t tell if this is acne or something else.

Only thing that looks like a pimple is a cut on my forehead. Rest are red spots I can’t feel on the surface of my skin.

That’s PIE, you can do lasers treatment ( IPL, vascular lasers ), USE SUNSCREEN, Taz and you can do RLT for a bonus
