I just was thinking about this. Was at the hospital, and one of the male doctors was very attractive. It was early, and all the female employees were super low key UNTIL this doctor walked in. They were all really happy and chatty whenever he was around. This was not the case when other docs were around.

Women make the first move or put themselves in your way so that you are strongly encouraged to make a move.

Women talk to you and it's not part of their job to do so and they are not family. If you're really attractive, they'll just give you their phone number unsolicited. Friend of mine regularly gets waitress phone numbers written on checks.

Went out to happy hour once with a good looking coworker and 2-3 women came up to him to start conversation. I didn't even know this happened. But this is just normal for him. Attractive men live in a bubble. They think that it's normal for women to start conversations and flirt.
