It is pretty weird. She is clearly doing this to try and look good but the best way for her to look good would be for her to be skinny, that might be hard for her but focusing on her chin instead of that is just ridiculous.

Now compare hers to this, more of an average white female side profile. Goes back to the middle of her mouth.
Her mandible is most likely recessed in comparison to her maxilla. I don't know why, she'd have to figure that out herself, maybe downward growth?
But yeah, that and her lack of chin projection (Which is normal for women btw) give her a "weak chin" look. A chin implant or whatever would NOT be addressing the true issue for her.
I have the same issue as her but fortunately I have a good amount of chin projection that makes it far less noticeable, but I'm still obviously planning on doing what I can about it.

I thought this was common sense given that lean maxing is one of the most basic looksmaxes. Fat can completely ruin a lower third

Read what I posted above, clearly a recessed mandible, I looked at other fat people and their chins don't start at the edge of their mouths, but rather from the middle like how it usually is.
Her weight definitely isn't helping the issue though.
