If you are on an aggressive calorific deficits like over 1000 calories and use stimulants. This is definitely true from what I've seen. Not 100% tho. Generally a 500 calorific deficit is ideal

Habits are hard to change indeed but that seems very exaggerated I don’t think it’s that much I’d believe 70%

Using the word 'diet' is fatphobic on Reddit, they even made a bot

I posted a related study a couple of days ago

It’s always the same cope! Muh gain weight back, muh genetics. It’s easy to keep weight off if you’re active. Most of these fatcels gain their weight back because they start overeating again and on top of that their maintenance calories are lower than before as they’re much smaller! Differences in metabolism is only about 2-300 calories at most so that’s another cope. The only time I think its very hard to keep fat off is if you’re morbidly obese and are full of fat cells.

And jfl at giving kids ozempic instead of making them more active and helping them develop healthy food choices. Losing fat when you’re young is much easier than when you’re older as your fat cells can change. What’s next? Giving kids clen and DNP to burn fat!
