Dopamine fast is pseudoscience. Instead of doing nofap, try fapping moderately.
Instead of completely blocking internet, try doing something useful on it. There are plenty of things to learn on the net.

You have to get your dopamine release from more productive habits. Thats it.


Or you can just skip all that and try modafinil

The most important dopamine nukers to redirect are porn (the most damaging part of fapping by far) games and drugs

shit legit nukes you into being a passive zombie. I literally don't give a fuck about the outside world if I have muh games muh weed and muh fapping to cope with. Take that shit away and reality hits me like a ton of bricks. Spent way too long wasting my existing with temporary copes tbh.

Instead of trying to change bad habits forcibly and quickly, you should reduce them slowly. Think of it as treating any other addiction. You gradually reduce the dosage to avoid withdrawal rather than go cold turkey.

Very legit for most habits

But watching porn should be cut out immediately, shit is legit poison for your brain and makes every other aspect of your existence worse. Fapping by itself is still bad but if you struggle to cut it out then lessfap is better than fapalot and will help you on your road to full recovery.

Trying to adapt to too many habits at once will usually lead to burnout and relapse. Experienced this myself recently with games. Didn't play any for like 3 months straight, now i'm binging many hours a day. Fucking quarantine tbh.
