Redness Around Nose fix

I have had this bit of redness around my nose (not a big spot legit just around it on both sides) and thats where 80-90% of my pimples are in and around the nose. How do i fix this?

acctuane/tret for the acne and if you still have redness prednisone or topical corticosteroids

Perioral dermatitis? Doxycycline or even something like pimecrolimus could help.

could be that from what ive seen on google mines deffo not nearly as extreme tho

Idk, you haven't sent a picture. Get a dermatologist to have a look if you're concerned.

i was trying but its a small area u can barely see it on pictures
