Redness Help please

Redness around my nose had this for years and years please somebody help me get rid of it.

you can also j try azelaic acid or tretinoin

Thanks, I have tried antibiotics and GP told me it’s not rocasea he didn’t say what it was exactly but i think it’s seborrheic dermatitis because I also have dandruff scalp so gonna try nizoral shampoo on the side of the noses for few months if it don’t work I’m gonna try that azalea acid .
