Redness in school

Hey, I have this problem that when I’m in school my whole face gets red so my eyes sclera and my face.I first thought I have rosacea or some shit like that but my face is not permanent red only in school. I don’t know what’s causing it maybe the bad air but I don’t know. It’s sometimes in other buildings also but mainly in school. If somebody got an idea what it is or has any solution I would be real thankful.

do you live i a cold country and are pale? you also could be just a nervous and have that bodyily response, if its bad you can change your colouring with a carotenoid so its not noticeable

Yeah I live in Germany so it’s not that cold and I’m not so pale I would say I have a normal skin tone
And yeah I started taking beta carotene a few days ago

sounds like it could be stress induced flushing or anxiety response. if it mostly happens in school settings, that’s a big hint it’s situational not rosacea. try keeping your body temp cool, maybe some light breathing to calm nerves. propranolol helps too if it’s adrenaline related low dose like 10-20 mg before class can make a big difference.
