Fuck dermarollers after all I read about microtearing, don't want Gandy's skin in 10 years even if it seems to work now. Any of you are using dermapens, especially the Derminator since it seems to be the king (at least according to some user here)?

Dermapens are superior to dermarolling - so if you are going to do it you should be using dermapen rather than dermaroller. In terms of the micro-tears created.
