Dont know what you mean specifically, but I think the most important thing to have in mind is that whatever emotion you're under at the moment, will always pass. They're real insofar as what you experience internally but not a result of actual objective reality... If people can have different responses to the same experiences and stimuli then feelings and emotions are nothing but an internal illusion, it only takes the right mindset or manipulation of the brain to have a certain feeling... so feelings aren't a real concern for me because 1 they're temporary and 2 they're not objective
