If you are competent, skilled and lucky enough to make a lot of money, you'll fare better later in life dating-wise.
30s is still a pretty good age for men. 40s is debatable though. 50+... well you're officially a grandpa then.
Acquire high levels of status and money, then leverage it to fuck, date and most importantly impregnate young hot women. Job done. Money well invested. You wouldn't be taking it with you to the afterlife anyway.

The obvious caveats now:
1)Vast majority of men won't be able to make big amounts of money. It takes talent, a lot of hard work and a lot of luck.

The whole "prime" and "youth" thing is also greatly exaggerated. Prime only exists for good looking and extroverted guys in favorable positions and locations. For example, the hot young extroverted male bartender that works in a well known nightclub in a big city. Or the hot captain of the football team in a big university. The average looking young guy isn't in his "prime". Realistically he'll get one Becky once in a blue moon to date, or maybe fuck some sub5s/beckies when the planets align. There is no prime for this dude. He is at rock bottom. Sub5s are in an even worse situation. They are in the negatives. The only way for a man who wasn't blessed physically at birth to get a glimpse of what it's like to be in your "prime" is high levels of money and status/clout, ideally before 30, or at least before 40.

The risks of surgerymaxxing are downplayed and the benefits overplayed. Surgeries generally only greatly benefit people who have good potential, almost everything looks good, but they have one really bad features that throw their face completely out of balance, like significantly receded hairline(let's say norwood 3-3.5), but can easily be fixed. It's one thing getting a great transplant(Elon Musk has a good one), it's another thing fixing your whole fucking face if you're a receded elongated horseface.
