You are referring to the hyoid. 1. You can mew to temporarily lessen the appearence of it 2. You can do chin tucks although I'm not 100% if they work 3. You can get some sort of surgery I believe

The only ways to enhance your jawline visibility without surgery would be losing bodyfat and practicing proper tongue posture
