help me is there any way to reduce my nose width without hardmaken?

Not really significantly but topical tretinoin and adapalene (both Vitamin A) can reduce the size of sebaceous glands and thereby minimally reduce total nose width.

I've tried everything to reduce my nose width, and only these helped:


1. Isotretinoin (Accutane)

2. Losing fat

3. Clean diet (inflammation makes the nose appear bigger)

4. Nose Botox

While none of these changed the actual bones, they all helped my nose look much slimmer and more refined.
