If I were getting wrinkles and wanted to nuke them before I looked old, this is what I’d do:

Diet:
- Remove PUFAs
- 60g gelatin daily
- Adequate sugar (reduce cortisol: honey, dates)

Supplements:
- TocoVit (Vit E) on face
- Topical GHK-Cu
- Topical OS-1
- Transdermal/oral progesterone (not on face, esp. for women)
- Thyroid hormones (T3/T4 or NDT)
- 1/2 tsp oral baking soda nightly

Lifestyle:
- Sauna 3-4x a week
- Red + Near-IR light
- Brooder lamp on face
- Tallow if skin is dry

Experimental:
- Topical BPC-157
- Topical cyproheptadine + dermarolling
- Topical naltrexone
- Dunk head in carbonated water w/ a snorkel (not joking)

Where do I buy ghk-cu?

dumbass shit

1. NO STRESS EVER
2. regular laser peels (blast ur skin off so u look like a burn victim for a while)\
3. retinoid
4. yeah sunscreen is nice but avoiding sun altogether and wearing sun protective clothing is even better
5. diet rich in veggies and fruits, eat the rainbow
6. no saturated fat and cholesterol rich foods (clogs ur blood vessels and no, we do not need to consume cholesterol because our body can make it by itself)
7. sleep well
8. metformin (diet with low glycemic load is good too!)
9. both cardio and weighlifting is good, just do not go extreme
10. remember to keep your brain young too, use it regularly

Cardio and weightlifting literally both attributes to hair loss so idk why you would suggest that, cardio reduces T levels.

Ex) SolBan and melanon truly work wonders on skin texture and spots, in addition to all of the above. All which have been proven to work from multiple sources.

Pharmas and resellers mostly, depends on where you live. Don’t have much to say about it aside from - I met some of the people who use it, and their data looks really good

the only one who gets it
wrinkles are literally 90% from boneloss
90% is a stretch,if ur a man and you get wrinkles this early from bones,it never started i guess.

it's more specifically lack of bones to skin ratio
skin growth is compltly constant during puberty and adolescent to adult hood
but because of mouth breathing or some medical problem bone growth can easily be halted or slowed down
leaving a bunch of excess space for skin to layer on
I had nasolabial folds since i was 11 years old

Yes i agree100% ,environmental factors play a huge role aswell, endrucine disruptors, trash circadian rhythm , bad optimized hormones, will mean that bone growth will be halted down.
What i meant is that men usually have bigger bone mass,i see more females with nasolabial folds / wrinkles more than men,and fearing the sun like OP said is extremely unhealthy.

How long have u used it and any effects yet? Like do u just put it on your face? Is it good for nasolabial folds?
Folds start showing once you lose elasticity, depends on your bones how much you need to lose for them to happen. Everybody gets them eventually.

As for copper idk I just started using it.

All you really needed
1. Tretinoin
2. Vitamin C + E serum
3. Gelatin
4. Fulfill your nutritional needs

this isn’t sustainable for the average Joe
