First of all - you need to be sure your metabolism has slowed down a lot. A way you can do this is eating your past maintenance, and walking a long period of time 2-3 hours. If your maintaining after that or even gaining, your metabolism is fucked. I will also be proving this works
Also this will work for you if you have been on and off on calorie deficit for literally weeks/months (like I have). This will also work if you have had limited to no carb intake recently.
I am going to be doing the refeed method to show that it works. DO NOT do this if your not somewhat disicplined or have no will power to go on a big cut the next few days after this.
Step by Step
Eat when you get out of bed - focus on high carb foods instantly, sugars are okay but your main focus is carbs. Limit sugar intake. Devour bread, potatos, chips, whatever you please.
Drink 3L of water just for the day, if your doing that already increase your water intake by even more.
Do limited/no cardio. - Your body will think for tommorow your sediatary so will naturally start burning carbs.
Supplement vitamin D + C for the day, you can megadose too just for that day.
If it works you should be shitting more than usual the day and overall be quite bloated (thats okay)
You should also feel a lot more energy
The Next couple days
Eat in around 500-700 calorie deficit
Drink coffee since you will be super low energy and will need to suppress your hunger like a mfer.
Lots of cardio/walking
Hit your daily potassium
Conclusion and proof it works
This was my morning weight, not eaten anything I will keep taking pics of my weight through the day today, and take a pic of my peak weight.
I will record my weight in the next 2 days mornings. To show how I will cut past this weight, (my plateau)
I do have visible abs currently, non flexing, Im around 15-16 bf%, but I am trying to achieve skeleton weight since thats how I look the best.
The human body usually pleataus at around 15-17% bf when you eat healthily and are moderately active.
