Ive stopped doing them cuz all fags saying muh ur not in a calorie deficit. Its obviouisly not healthy when ur not eating any fucking carbs, drinking no water, cuz ur tryna keep cut but keep bouncing back and foward.

U shouldnt just thug it out u will always fall harder. Have a refeed day then go at it for the next week u will lose more weight.

cope. I have literally lost 30lbs with refeed days. Holy fucking salty cope. I was like 30% bf im now 15% with visible abs and have provided pics. Im tryna get to like 11% or something crazy, it isnt possible without refeed days

so true, if ur cutting and doing good then binge in the morning or evenining its cuz u didnt enjoy the foods, plan urself a refeed day once or twice a week to look foward to, it will replenish ur metabolism and will refresh u.

I stopped doing it and have been wondering why im pleauting, im doing it again today and feel amazing, i know tommorow and the day after ima make big changes.

You are the one coping. Don't slow your progress down for nothing, carbs aren't needed for fat loss.

no the plan is to refeed and then ur metabolism is crazy. Iveb asically been drinking a cup of water a day, eating my maintenance and doing hella cardio to try keep cutting. I need a refeed day so i can then just starve myself

You are a carb addicted junkie, look into the mirror (your mind) and admit it. Carbs don't speed up your metabolism nigger.

If you haven't lost weight you aren't in a calorie deficit it is that fucking simple. Mentally refeeds can be beneficial if you are dieting longfor a long time but provide 0 benefit other than that. You are just a carb addicted fag that justifies his addiction with "refeeds".

the only way i was able to cut was eating popcorn (mainly carbs) and porridge, and a protein yogurt. Fucking cope. I love carbs and i cant cut without carbs. I tried keto and stupid shit like that i just felt like shit the whole day.

yes i have been dieting for a long time. I end up having insane carb urges, and finishing the day of at a maintenance or dropping like a tiny bit of weight.

Its easy to say "muh u just dont have discipline" but u gotta find what works for u. Im a carb junkie and love carbs and the onlyway i was able to cut was basically eating carbs all day and supplementing protein jfl.

its either eat carbs or drink 1000 green teas and diet sodas cuz ur tryna fufill ur carb/sugar urges. If u just eat adequate carbs u wont have that weird urge to devour bakery or sugar.

Refeed days are awesome why would i be a cuck that cortisolmaxxes himself , i lift weights 3-5 times a week focusing on compound movements along side some form of cardio everyday

lost 20kgs in 2.5 months kept all my strength

Most of your refeed will just go to ur glycogen anyway thats needed for heavy lifting

i dont lift weights thats the difference lol. If u lift weights u will prob just end up porking up a lot of food. I needed a whole week to refeed cuz how fucking starved i was, i would go on insane cuts, i have now dropped weight again it definitley works. I literally spent like basically 7 months starving myself tho shit cant be good for u. I needed the refeed day/week lol.

However if ur just a fat ass nigga and not below 20% bf minimum (and u actually checked) no refeed days
