Referred for MARPE + BSSO/Chin Genioplasty

Went to the orthodontist today and got a referral to a surgeon for MARPE + BSSO/Chin Genioplasty

Do you guys think I need double jaw surgery? They said there's nothing wrong with my maxilla projection and I should proceed with mandibular advancement because my bite has an 8mm overjet, plus my tongue can't fit in my mouth properly

same situation as you without the marpe part, I have a 8 mm deepbite and the orthodonist wants only a BSSO, I wanna do a Lefort I too.

I think the issue becomes expanding the mandible that far

either way gonna A&L in 18 months from now
