I just wanted to say that I did in fact use ai in my last post. There is no point trying to justify it or whatnot. I'll be recreating the post (without ai ofc), and this post will be properly formatted with more in-depth sections on mechanical intervention, growth signaling through diet/gut microbiome optimization, etc. I also will be posting some other rather unknown pharmacology insights among other things so be ready for those.
