regarding teriparatide dosages

I see doses like 20/30 micrograms, but this source on tg is selling 10mg vials, which would be 10,000 micrograms, is that a typo or am i retarded or like surely this cant be correct, am i reading it wrong or smth?

Grey market vendors cater to big companies, hence the 10mg vials. They will have extra that they sell to people for personal use. That’s why you ca get kits of Reta (eg 15mgx10 vials). Nobody needs 150mg of Reta but that’s what they have packaged.

Lets Say you have a 1ml syringe. With a 10mg vial add in 5ml of BAC water. Pull 1.5units, there’s your 30mcg dose.

wait im a bit confused cause im retarded. so that would mean 1ml=2mg=2000mcg, so 0.015 ml or 1.5 units is 30mcg, but thats so tiny like your basically pinning a drop , i feel like that would be practically impossible to do irl but maybe im just retarded and will learn
