I used to instantly click on his videos when he would upload but now I don't care that much anymore tbh, when I feel like it I watch. However I like that he hasn't changed his format and is always pretty much spot on.

Can confirm. Got recommended a rehab room vid out of the blue around 2 years ago, but I miss his older videos. Also he had a channel called inceltv that got deleted, but I have many of the vids downloaded

His new vids are nowhere near as good as his older ones imo

Yeah his advice about not overdoing it with exercise is on point and so is him saying you need adequate rest. However I don’t agree with him about raw meat. Plus in general he’s right that modern life just sucks overall for most people
