I relapsed this morning after 3 weeks doing sr
. I've been edging and even though I have very good self-control when it comes to it (I set a timer etc..), I was experimenting this morning with edging in a pump. I basically wasn't expecting the sudden rise in pressure in the pump and then I coomed inside. I'm feeling very sad and depressed bc I was doing so good and my hair finally stopped shedding. Now Im feeling a scalp itch that has been going on for 2+ hours, the dht itch is very real and my hair is dying again. Edging does increase T but the problem is that it is very hard to do without relapsing. it boils your blood and makes you super energetic.
Higher dopamine activity signals to the hypothalamus that sexual activity is ongoing or anticipated. This can lead to increased pulsatile release of GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone), which then stimulates the pituitary gland to secrete LH (Luteinizing Hormone), which in turn boosts testosterone production in the Leydig cells of the testes.
edging is high reward/high risk, but I think with enough practice and experience, I can get it down
to cope, I ate a 120g protein breakfast but that wont stop my hair from falling
Im skipping class today
