What's the risk of severe adverse effects from fucking up injecting topical fat dissolvers like LipoLab and Aqualyx, and how easy is it to fuck up, specifically in the hyoid region, and buccal. I've seen that you can possibly strike a nerve and cause facial paralysis.

look the hyoid bone is a position problem not a fat problem. if u have extra fat storage under your chin at low body fat you can dissolve it if there is no fat you should not do it
