Before we begin what’s is religion?
“the belief in and worship of a superhuman power or powers, especially a God or gods.”
That’s the internet’s definition, and it’s a good one. But let’s also keep in mind that religion is developed by elites to control the mass, the control is held by promise of a good future for obedience (i.e. heaven), threat of a horrible future (i.e. hell), and fear.
Before Religion was in Churches and controlled. By priests. But those mongrels have lost power since the IQ of the masses evolved to be higher.
So where is modern religion hiding?
In the medical field. It’s called psychiatry.
Priests and bishops are psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists.
Since the average human’s IQ is high enough to see God doesn’t exist, or at least isn’t relevant enough to ignore almost all the laws (other than rape, murder, and usually theft — Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Lust, and Pride are acceptable, whereas Wrath and Envy are not) a new paradigm was needed to control the masses
Thus morality is the main tool of control. There is no morality there is just weak vs powerful men, and hot & ugly women.
Everything in psychiatry is designed to make sure you don’t become a modern day “demon”, which back then was atheism… now it’s…
