A thicker wrist means your DHT levels are higher, which means your bones are more dense and you can fight better, if your bf isnt under 10% then the size of your wrist doesnt mean anything since its measuring fat and not a strong well developed wrist.

Fat is not distributed its just accumulated around your whole body, well then yes if your bf% is low, your wrists are pretty thick
