Im just guessing, but there mightve been other things that were unfixable, like maybe dicklet. Because even with that frame, it is possible to slay with the status that he had. So Im thinking that the frame alone wasnt the only or main reason.

He had average height.Frame is not that important with that height and face.Also i don't know if he had micropenis.He had money plus good face,he killed himself because he was mental no way he didn't slay like that only if he really had unexistant dick.

But seriously, through working out you can get slightly wider shoulders, but obv not to this extent.

You can improve your frame as a natty but when you take steroids, you can fraud frame a lot. Its because of the androgen receptors in the deltoids.

no not really, even if it did, the drawbacks are small, you become more dimorphic/masculine and attractive

in this pic chad's jawline looks fine with a thick neck

Clavicle lengthening can add 4 inches to your shoulder width. It would take me to 23 inch shoulders. I plan to get it to get 21-22.
