Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables contain a phytochemical called Sulforaphane, which has been scientifically demonstrated to delay aging, prevent and slow the progression of cancer, but most importantly, it has been shown to decrease symptoms of autism spectrum disorder.

In other words, eat your vegetables to be neurotypical. You are never going to have healthy neurochemistry if you eat processed shit like a malnourished cuck.

The best strategy is to grow broccoli sprouts, which contain the highest concentration of Sulforaphane by an enormous margin. Eat at least 50 grams of raw broccoli sprouts 3 times per week to experience benefits. Since doing this, I have felt more energetic, sociable and neurotypical.

To grow them, you just have to buy seeds which are cheap as fuck, soak them in water overnight and then rinse them twice a day for a week. There are more detailed tutorials out there but that's the basic idea.

Can I just eat broccoli instead? Also broccoli reduces estrogen

Broccoli with beef is one of the simplest and most healthy meals you can make for cheap. Learn how to cook that shit, itll take you like 20 minutes to learn.

broccoli also has more protein per gram than beef. it’s extremely healthy and well rounded, only downside i am aware of is that it inhibits thyroid function but this can be counterbalanced by purposely ingesting proper amounts of iodine

JFL Broccoli does not have more protein per gram than beef you absolute autist :lul:

Broccoli: 2.8 grams of protein per 100 g

Beef: 26 grams of protein per 100 g

The low IQ of this forum astonishes me sometimes

fuck, this is what i meant to say. this is why i shouldn’t post at 2 am JFL making myself look retarded falling asleep while typing

My point that I tried to make is ultimately that broccoli is a great food for getting lean, it fills you up despite having few calories due to its relatively high protein and fiber content
