It’s not really over for people with a bad ipd, short and recessed lower third, nct and so on. Even a recessed maxilla not over. But the unfixable failos and for the people who’s live never began are, pfl (very low pfl) and cranial base. If you basically have a short cranial base and poor forward grown forehead and bad facial depth not because of you’re maxilla (because of you’re fucking skull) it’s literally over for you because you can’t fix it.

OD is only for thyroid eye diseases and no surgeon is gonna do a surgery that invasive just for cosmetic reasons. the results only aren't even that good as well, it goes from super bugly to just bulgy

mostly it’s not that bad that you have to get orbital decompression. Supra infra and fat graft do the job mostly or improve it

Orbital decompression isn’t even bad. Frank Tufano got botched because he did lateral + medial wall + fat decompression hence why his eyes were turned inwards (too much medial wall decompression).

Orbital decompression done for just the lateral wall and fat is safe and the statistics you see online will show you that. Even then, those complication rates are from Graves’ disease patients, not cosmetic patients so the risk is likely to be even lower than what is seen online. I’d only go to 2 surgeons for it though, Dr Douglas or Dr Ramesh.
