chest insertion pill is so fucking brutal. I can't recover tbh after taking it. I have like a 3cm gap between my pecs. If anything, with a bad frame and insertions everywhere, except maybe for shoulders and back, you are better in not working out at all.

Just increased his shoulder width (not the delt muscles but the actual bones) and the Upper arms also slightly fuller

A gap between the chest isn’t that brutal.
Women probably don’t even notice that shit as long as it isn’t huge.
What is the most important are wide shoulders and a great shoulder to waist ratio.

tbh I have zero mass on my pecs, maybe they are actually closer but I can't see it. Anyway, it's over for me due to my narrow shoulders and ribcage. I need to train my delts and back at least 1 year to fraud an average frame, and will probably need to roid.
