You will also age horribly with a brachy/eury skull. A common misconception, mostly by bluepilled women (jfl) is that since it causes the appearance of a "baby face", youll always look younger and age like a vampire. This couldnt be further from the truth in reality. With such a lack of underlying bone structure to support, stretch, and hold up your soft tissues, as you age your features will sag, distort, and "melt" off of your face in a way that someone with a tall skull would never deal with. Look at any man who aged well and youll see what I mean. They have enough bone in the vertical dimension to provide support and elasticity to their features.
A skull with sufficient vertical height can also withstand normal levels of bodyfat. The fat is distributed normally and doesnt seem to mess with the features and ratios so heavily. With a brachy/eury skull, you will need to be unhealthily lean or even borderline anorexic just to look human, JFL
