age 24 is the peak performance of the human body tbh, both physically and mentally (strength, speed, memory, reaction time, beauty) the only benefits you get after that age is experience, not an actual body enhancement.

5 years to go.

I know someone would say that, i don't think that's true. your bones pretty much done growing at the age of 24 and from the age of 24 you start to lose testosterone so it doesn't make any sense. again, probably physical experience, when most people actually start to do stuff.

At 25 you have peak testosterone and it's the best time to be a father.
At 35 it's peak physical, when you are best at sports (provided you train from young age).
At 45 it's peak status, when you have most friends, most money and most influence. Good for political career.
At 55 it's peak intellectual, when it's good to publish a book or scientific work.
Then at 65 it's peak wisdom, when you could be a sage or a monk or a spiritual teacher.

Ofc provided that you haven't spent all your life in basement. If you haven't achieved any of these goals by the specified age, it's over.

Nope, it's starts at age 24-25 and every brobuilder knows that, i'm sure you'll find some bluepill studies to prevent people from getting TRT but you can find the studies that support the age 24 ''theory'' just google it.

only for non negli's

sunscreen
imagine suggesting a sunscreen to a lookmaxer user

all we need is the fucking sun, we actually suffer from a low sun exposure. the little D that we can get would be blocked.

*if you have your hair and decent aging genetics, some niggas at 35 looks old as fuck because of hair lose

imagine thinking that retin and sunscreen will help you with aging. Yes, collagen dropping out, but thats the easiest thing to slow down. The reason why people look old is that the soft tissue starting falls down, fat pads disappear and overall all the soft features go to grave.

If you're consuming healthy food and taking care of yourself, you'd probably still roll at your 30. (Also genetics has huge role on this.)

Is there any point to putting sun screen on your body? Only face matters right putting sunscreen on your body just blocks vit d
I don’t use sunscreen and I can’t spend more than like an hour in the sun without turning red

Still totally worth looksmaxing at that age (and probably any age up to 40), even if it doesn't improve results with women, think about all the other platonic and career benefits
