Guys will see a before and after of a bimax or a custom implant and shit on it saying “from incel to incel” or “from 3 PSL to 3.25 PSL”
And you’re not wrong. But how is this bad exactly? The surgery accomplished its goal: increasing attractiveness. You just didn’t go far enough.
This should be water but apparently not a lot of guys realize the Herculean effort it takes to ascend a seemingly average/slightly below average guy to above average. Even more so for a sub5. It takes a well planned, multi-phase approach where the underlying bone structure is enhanced with heavy hitting osteotomies (like orbital box/tripod osteotomies and jaw surgery), then a second round of custom implants that further augment the face, and finally the “finishing touches” so to speak with soft tissue procedures like canthoplasty. You have to develop a long-term mindset and can’t expect insane results from a single surgery, unless you are literally fixing a major deformity or are undergoing numerous procedures all at once.
Not to mention if a result is shit or doesn’t pan out as hoped, revision is an option rather than throwing your hands in the air and declaring defeat.
Too many guys give up way too soon. Yea all this shit is brutal and giga expensive but if you want looks this is what it takes. You might not become Chad but you can certainly improve.
