this method doesn't work if you have cromagnon brow ridge or an underbite.

every implant/osteotomy we use/go through, is simply trying to emulate a forward grown maxilla (ex. infraorbital implants, chin wing, LF3)

Maxilla is definitely underrated as an important feature on both men and women but for a man I dont think it has quite the same importance as your jaw/mandible. A man with all good features but a lousy, small and recessed jaw will not be attractive, but a man with a recessed, not so good maxilla can be saved by a really good jaw
