I started yesterday drinking water more often. Ive held it off my entire life. Ive lived on like 1 glass of water a day, but right now i'm gonna commit to fixing that. Sorry for the confusion I should have clarified, I mean hydration from topical products. The current thinking is that drink a shit ton of water isn't going to do a hell of a lot in terms of skin hydration unless you're dangerously dehydrated (although you should definitely still making sure you're drinking enough water either way). I have been doing it somewhat inconsistently but it does occasionally look better.
